The instrument integrates electrochemical analysis and chemiluminescence detection, enabling real-time electrochemiluminescence detection of samples, synchronously displaying chemiluminescence and electrochemical signals, and conducting detailed analysis.
The Electrochemiluminescence Instrument ECL10 consists of a data acquisition system, a photon counting optical system, and a potentiostat. The data acquisition rate is 10 kHz, and the digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) are 16-bit, featuring high resolution and fast sampling speed. The instrument has a cell voltage of ±7.5 V, an output voltage range of ±2.4 V, and a current range of ±2 mA.
The Electrochemiluminescence Instrument ECL10 provides electrochemiluminescence detection technology with electrochemical control, broad response, and high sensitivity. The system uses a highly sensitive photon counter as the photodetector, with an effective light-sensing area of 3 x 3 mm, a wavelength response of 320-900 nm, and a peak response wavelength of 460 nm, offering a broad spectral response. The instrument's dark current is only 1 mV, meeting the requirements for electrochemiluminescence mechanism research and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.
